Board Meeting Notices and Minutes

Lavaca Hospital District is governed by a Board of Trustees who are community members that are elected from the District for a four year term. The election is held on the State uniform election date in May of every other year.

The LHD Board of Directors are dedicated members who donate their services to provide institutional management, planning and direction of the hospital to fulfill the hospital's commitment to healthcare and to the community.

The Board meets every third Monday of each month at 5:30pm in the Lavaca Conference room which is located within the LMC Wellness Center entrance.
