Only Full Time Lavaca Medical Center employees are eligible for the following Benefits. A Waiting Period does apply.

All full time Lavaca Medical Center employees are eligible for Group Health, Life, and Dental Insurance.

Cafeteria Plans including Heart, Cancer, Life, Vision, and Disability Policies are also offered.

Lavaca Medical Center provides a Pension Plan to all full time employees. Employees may also voluntarily participate in offered 457 Plans.

In addition to the above, Lavaca Medical Center provides Vacation, Sick, and Holiday Hours to full time employees.
