If you are already registered with the HealtheLife Patient Portal, we also offer the ability for you to securely connect your health records to other health management apps.

This new process provides access to your health and wellness data that enables you and your healthcare team to access a wealth of information to assist in your care experience.

You can always access your health records through the HealtheLife patient portal and the HealtheLife app. This new feature is simply an added bonus to those who wish to view their data through another app.

At this time, Apple Health for iOS 11.3 or later is the only app integrated with the HealtheLife Portal. We will continue to update you as we move forward and add more options.
